We currently ship exclusively within the United States (all 50 states).

Personalized & engraved items (necklaces, watches, blankets, journals, LED plaques, and other made-to-order gifts)
Because these pieces are custom-made just for you, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships (engraved and custom-shaped items may run toward the higher end of that range). Once your item ships, standard delivery takes an additional 2–5 business days. Production does not run on weekends, so orders placed Friday–Sunday begin production the next business day.

General store items (skincare, fitness, pet, and gadget products)
These items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of your order, with standard delivery typically taking 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Items shipped from our international warehouse (select toys, pet products, and gadgets)
Some items ship directly from our international warehouse and typically arrive within 1–2 weeks of your order. A few larger items may take 3–6 weeks. The delivery estimate for these items is shown at the top of each product page.

Shipping costs
Most orders of $75 or more ship free within the US. Some items always ship free, and shipping is shown on each product page and at checkout.

Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. Please note that personalized items go through a separate production step before that tracking number is generated, so it may take a few extra days to appear compared to general items.

Delays
Production times can occasionally run longer during holidays or high-volume periods. If your order is delayed beyond the estimates above, reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.

Personalized & custom-made items
Because each personalized item (necklaces, watches, engraved plaques, custom journals, etc.) is made specifically for you, these products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of buyer's remorse or incorrect personalization details submitted at checkout. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error made on our end, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund.

General store items
We accept returns on unused, unopened general merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If any item — personalized or general — arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we'll cover a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
